SETI RIVER
(Warm and Beautiful)
This river
made of the water that melted off from famous mountains
like; Fishtail, Annapurna as well as from Modi river
flowing down from magnificent mountain valley. Our water
run starts at the Union of this river with the Modi.
Most of the year, the Seti is famous for its dazzling
scenery as a gentle river, attracting families, bird
watchers, nature lovers and dreamers. The vegetation
along the river side is a remnant of the vast forested
area. This area is inhabited by Magar who are renowned
for generations of service with the Gurkha forces.
Saranghat is a colorful middle hill village where you
will have first night's camp on a spacious beach below
the village.
