PUMORI BASE CAMP

Pumori, the stunning peak lying in the Upper Khumbu region, allows a view of contrast between the arid Tibetan Plateau to the north and west, and the white snow covered peaks of Nepal to the south and east as it straddles the Nepalese-Tibetan border. The climb is not of high technical difficulty as the route is mixed and varied. Without a doubt, it is physically demanding with long days and sections with a lot of exposure; most of the technical difficulties are in the first half of the climb.

Day 04	Namche - Tengboche (B, L, D) Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3860 m) 05 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 05	Tengboche - Dingboche (B, L, D) Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4350 m) 06 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 06	Dingboche – Chhukung - Dingboche (B, L, D) Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4732 m) and back to Dingboche, 05 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 07	Dingboche - Lobuche (B, L, D) Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche. (4925 m) 06 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 08	Lobuche - Gorakshep (B, L, D) Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170 m) 03 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 09	Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp - Gorakshep (B, L, D) Trek from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp (5200 m) and back to Gorakshep, 06 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 10	Gorakshep – Kalapatthar (Pumori Base camp) (B, L, D) Trek from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar (5545 m) and back to Lobuche, 05 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 11	Lobuche – Zongla (B, L, D) Trek from Lobuche to Zongla (4950 m) 04 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 12	Zongla - Gokyo (B, L, D) Cross the chola (5420 m) and trek to Gokyo (4200 m) 06 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 13	Gokyo - Gokyo Ri (B, L, D) Trek from Gokyo to Gokyo Ri (5483 m) and back to Gokyo, 05 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis.
Day 14	Gokyo - Dole (B, L, D) Trek from Gokyo to Dole (4200 m) 05 hrs. Overnight at the Tented camp or Teahouse Lodge – Full board basis
