The above mentioned rates are in INR and per person per night on Twin sharing basis for minimum of three nights booking and net payable to us. The rate is   valid till 30th Sept 2007.

The rate is inclusive of the following;
Ø Receive and greet the group on arrival
Ø Airport Transfers by A/C exclusive car except for Hotel Everest for which transfer will be by coach on
    seat in coach basis
Ø Welcome drinks on arrival
Ø Three nights accommodation in the requested Hotel
Ø One night accommodation at Nagarkot in Hotel Country Villa
Ø Daily Breakfast in the hotel
Ø One full day sightseeing in Kathmandu by A/C car except for Hotel Everest for which will be fixed
    departure two half day sightseeing by coach on seat in coach basis.
Ø Nagarkot transfer by A/C car
Ø Daily local newspaper
Ø Government Taxes at the rate of 13%

The rate does not include the following;
Ø Cost incurring due to personal reason like Drinks, Telephone, laundry and so on
Ø Beverages of any kind
Ø Airport Departure Tax and Tourism service fee payable direct in the airport
Ø Monument entrance fees during the sightseeing
Ø Guide fees
Ø Travel Insurance
Ø Extra cost incurring due to any unavoidable circumstances on which we do not have control
Ø Any cost not explained as included

Booking Policy
Booking has to be made well in advance to have confirmed reservation in the hotel.
Booking will be guaranteed and service will be provided in the case of receiving advance payment only.



Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge upon canceling the booking 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation received from 72 hours to 7 days prior to arrival date will levy 10% on total paid amount.
Cancellation received with in 72 hours of the arrival date will levy 33% on total paid amount.

Group Policy
If you are traveling in a group of more then 10 people, please contact us for special rate.
