EVEREST BASE CAMP
 The Everest Base Camp trek is a classic walk from
Lukla to the base of the world's highest mountain and
its range. In this popular route one can have the
most breath-taking mountain scenery. The network of
small lodges in the trail to the base camp has
recently seen big improvement in food and
accommodation facilities making the programme
ideally suited to lodge-based trekking.
A high level of fitness is required to make to the
most of the excellent trekking routes. Walking is
strenuous at times and there will be days when you
will be very tired. But, the reward is there, the
mountain views on this trek are arguably the best in
the world. The snowy peaks surround you at all times.
