Booking and Payment Policy
- Booking has to be made well in advance to
have confirmed reservation in the
hotel. Booking will be
guaranteed and service will be provided in the case of receiving advance
payment only.
- Extension Night on Pro rata basis.
Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charge upon canceling the booking 7
days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation received from 72 hours to 7 days prior to
arrival date will levy 10% on total paid amount.

Cancellation received with in 72 hours of the arrival
date will levy 33% on total paid amount.
Group Policy
