Visa : Visa fee of US$ 20 per person (payable with package tour cost) For processing visa we need to have the full passport details of the clients (name, nationality, date of birth, passport #, issued date, expiry date, occupation) 21 days prior to the travel date.
 
Payment : Since the Department of Tourism issues visa only upon receipt of full
payment in advance, payment has to be made to us at least 21 days before the
travel date.

Payment mode: Payment can be done by cash, wire transfer or major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Master). We do not charge bank service fees on credit card payment.

Cancellation Policy :
 
Once visa is processed & tour programs booked & subsequently cancelled
shall be subject to the following charges :
 
a) Within 30 days of start of program          - free
b) Within 21 days                                      - 10 % of the rate
c) Within 14 days                                      - 15 % of the rate
d) Within 7 days                                        - 30 % of the rate
e) Less than 7 days or cancellation             - 50 % of the rate
f) Without notice or after arrival in Bhutan   - 100 % of the rate

One Pax : US$ 40 (FIT Surcharge) + US$ 50 (Single Supp.) Per Night
Two Pax : US$ 30 (FIT Surcharge) Per Person Per Night on twin share

Tourism Dev. Fund: US$ 10 Per Person for the whole tour
Entrance fee: US$ 10 per person for the whole tour
