The most popular and fascinating trek of the world is in Annapurna region of Nepal. The trek in this area is an unforgettable experience of cultural and traditional diversity among the different ethnic inhabitants. It starts with Bahun, chhetris in lower area from where the trek starts, then Tamangs and Gurungs in hilly area and finally the Thakalis in upper mountainous area. All the trekking routes come under Annapurna conservation Area Project. To trek in this area ACAP provides entry permit with sets up rules to be followed by the trekkers. Annapurna mountain range includes many peaks above 7000M including Dhualgiri (8167M), Annapurna first (8091M), the 6th Highest and 10th highest mountain repectively in the world. The trek in this area can be made for any duration and any grade in terms of physical and adventurous ability according to one’s interest and convenience.
